SYDNEY, Australia: Cadillac has today unveiled the LYRIQ-V in Australia and New Zealand, bringing the brand’s V-Series performance legacy to an all-electric SUV for the first time.

Combining Cadillac luxury and refinement with high-performance electric capability, LYRIQ-V features a dual-motor all-wheel-drive powertrain producing 459 kW and 880 Nm of torque. With Velocity Max engaged, LYRIQ-V accelerates from 0–100 km/h in 3.6 seconds¹, with a top speed of 210 km/h.

A V-Series legacy, electrified
For more than 20 years, the V-Series badge has represented an elevation of Cadillac design, performance and technology – a focused expression of the passion at the core of the brand. V-Series has always stood for a blend of refinement and power.

Now in its fourth generation, V-Series has expanded to support enhanced street driving, with bold, performance-inspired styling and a head-turning presence. LYRIQ-V continues that story as the first all-electric V-Series model, combining the luxury and refinement of LYRIQ with the legendary performance character of V-Series.

Performance on demand
LYRIQ-V gives drivers multiple ways to tailor the vehicle’s character. V-Mode brings performance-focused settings within reach through the V button on the steering wheel, while the drive-mode system provides Tour, Sport, Snow/Ice, My Mode and V-Mode configurations.

V-Mode includes access to Velocity Max, Competitive Mode and Launch Control. Velocity Max enables an on-demand increase in power, while Launch Control preconditions motor torque delivery for rapid acceleration from a standstill. Competitive Mode adjusts traction-management parameters for a more performance-focused driving experience.

The performance hardware includes a lowered sport suspension with Continuous Damping Control advanced adaptive dampers, a continuously variable electric power steering system, red Brembo® performance front brakes with 390 mm rotors and 22-inch alloy wheels with self-sealing 275/40 R22 tyres.

The power of electric sound
LYRIQ-V introduces a distinctive multi-layered sound experience designed specifically for the V-Series model. Electric Vehicle Sound Enhancement operates through the vehicle’s AKG sound system, while Vehicle Exterior Sound is delivered through dedicated underbody speakers at the front and rear. The interior and exterior sound experiences are synchronised to create a cohesive sonic character for those inside and outside the vehicle.

The sound experience is tuned to the vehicle’s driving modes and includes sound themes for acceleration and regenerative braking, as well as an e-rev experience when the vehicle is parked or in neutral. Inspired by the distinctive roar of Cadillac’s LMDh race car, the system gives drivers the choice of engaging performance sound or selecting Stealth Mode for a quieter cabin.

Distinctive design and technology
LYRIQ-V’s design combines Cadillac’s sculpted, modern SUV silhouette with V-Series details, including unique front and rear lower fascia designs, body-colour lower trim and wheel mouldings, unique side rockers, V-Series badging, a black painted roof and 22-inch Triple 6-Spoke Reverse Rim alloy wheels with a Satin Graphite finish and laser-etched V-Series emblem.

Inside, standard Noir Nappa Leather seating with Sky Cool Grey accents, perforated inserts and V-Series embroidering is paired with a heated, leather-wrapped V steering wheel with an integrated V button. Illuminated V-Series door sills, alloy sport pedals, 126-colour ambient lighting and a panoramic opening sunroof complete the performance-focused cabin.

Technology highlights include Cadillac’s 33-inch diagonal advanced LED display with Google Gemini, Maps and Play Store built-in², wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, a 23-speaker AKG Studio audio system with available Dolby Atmos® capability, active noise cancellation and Connected Services³ compatible with the myCadillac mobile app.

Range and charging
LYRIQ-V is equipped with a 92 kWh battery and delivers an estimated 471 km of combined-cycle WLTP range⁴. Its 130 kW DC fast-charging capability can add up to 107 km of range in 10 minutes, while a 22 kW three-phase AC charger can add up to 98 km of range per hour of charge time, subject to charging conditions and vehicle settings.

• LYRIQ-V comes with a 5-year, unlimited KM warranty and 5 years Premium Roadside Assist.
• Battery warranty is 8 years or 160,000km, whichever comes first.
• From MY27 onwards, all Cadillac vehicles, including LYRIQ-V, will have serving intervals of 24 months / 24,000kms, whichever comes first.
